Từ lễ kỷ niệm Giáng sinh của Nhà Trắng vào thời Tổng thống Obama, các bữa tiệc của Hollywood, cho tới các bữa tiệc hoàng gia, nghệ nhân người Mỹ Maggie Austin đều vinh dự được làm việc với các khách hàng có uy tín trên toàn cầu.

Maggie Austin kết thúc sự nghiệp múa ballet của mình sau khi bị chấn thương nặng và cô đã tham dự khóa học làm bánh ngọt ở Pháp trong nửa năm. Cô bắt đầu sự nghiệp của mình vào năm 2010. Sau khi tung ra sản phẩm bánh ngọt có tên “Maggie Austin Cake” độc đáo kết hợp với những bông hoa trang trí ăn được trông giống hệt như thật, danh tiếng của cô đã vươn đến một tầm cao mới.

Những bông hoa trang trí bánh của Austin, từ đơn giản cho đến phức tạp, đều tinh tế giống thật đến mức không ai nghĩ rằng chúng chỉ được làm ra từ giấy wafer ăn được, đường và bột màu.
